Planning Approval Granted at Committee
Planning approval has been granted for the construction of 4 bespoke houses on open countryside in Cheshire East. The Planning Comittee found that due to the lack of a demonstrable five year housing land supply and the design of the proposals, the scheme was acceptable in planning policy terms.
The scheme is for the re-development of a partial brownfield site between the villages of Cranage and Goostrey. Each house was individually designed in traditional styles to maintain a unique appearance whilst being in keeping with the character of the area.
