Planning Application submitted for 44 new apartments in Cheshire East.
We have completed a new scheme for 44 new apartments in Cheshire East, the planning application was submitted to Cheshire East Council this week. The proposal is designed in a traditional character reflecting the style of buildings in the region. Traditional details such as timber cladding and stone detailing are incorporated across the elevations. Bay windows feature to the front facade with Juliet balconies to some apartments to the rear. The roof heights and forms vary throughout the building and the building is broken into sections. The building is predominantly constructed in red Cheshire Brick with elements of ashlar struck render and a central glass atrium to break up the elevations. A curved feature element to the front corner of the building highly visible along Wilmslow Road provides a focal point to the building.
