Enforcement resolved and planning consent granted
A previous Architect appointed on the scheme submitted a planning application for domestic workshop in a green belt area. However the building was constructed 1.6m too high. A revised application for the building with increased height is submitted and refused by the local authority. An appeal was lodged and dismissed and enforcement notice was served and action commenced by the council. We were then appointed on the project to resolve the issues with enforcement officer and after a hard faught battle we obtained planning consent for the converted workshop into a separate independent dwelling in one in a single application. We look forward to progressing with this scheme to the next stage.
