Works commenced in Autumn 2015 on the Greenbank Farm barn conversion. We were appointed by the property owner to restore the dilapidated redundant barns and convert them into residential units.
The barns are located in the open countryside south of Sandbach. The site was previously used as a timber yard and was in much need of restoration.
Substantial structural work was undertaken to underpin the existing structure and ensure the building was suitable for conversion.
The barns were split into 3 large four bedroom properties, each with garage parking and substantial gardens. Each property retains some of the original features and has a unique character. Including oak trusses, exposed brickwork and oak stairs.
