Planning Success
On Tuesday, 10 June 2025 at 16:00We successfully obtained planning and listed building consent last week in Cheshire West and Chester for restoration and alteration works to a listed building with the construction of a new garage. Conservation works will include elements of re-pointing of brickwork, re-laying of the roof, repair work to chimney, restoration to mock shutters and alterations and additions to windows and doors The scheme demonstrated regard to the desirability of preserving features of special architectural and historic interest and brings the heritage asset back into habitable use, ensuring its longevity.
