We have substantial experience with residential projects, completing large master plans or more modest 10-20 house developments.
Our projects in the residential sector have been undertaken nationwide. We have completed projects in central London, rural housing developments in Cheshire as well as developments in Wales and Scotland. We are happy to be involved in these schemes to realise planning potential of the site for land owners, in either outline or detail stage or to provide a bespoke service to take the project through to completion. We have taken projects forward as the lead designer of a multidiscipline design team, liaising with planning consultants or completing the planning role in house. Our involvement in residential schemes includes affordable housing as well as private individuals and land owners and covers a wide range of services. We can prepare and present the schemes for public consultations and work with our clients to develop the schemes to pre-application enquiry, outline planning or detailed planning to suit each individual project. We follow each planning application closely, liaising with the Local Authority to obtain planning approval. Whether it be a brownfield site, conversion of new build we can guide our clients through the options and assist in maximising potential.
