Agricultural Conversion
On Monday, 20 July 2026 at 14:57Planning consent was obtained by ourselves a few months ago for the conversion of a cast iron framed, double height agricultural building on the outskirts of Warrington to a mixed use of equestrian and agricultural storage at ground floor with a two bedroom residential unit in the Green Belt. The application submission centred on the re-use and conversion of the building with no extensions and involved the submission of a structural report and noise impact assessment to justify the development. The retention of the existing agricultural appearance of the building, as can be seen on this visual, was key to its successful approval.
