Permission In Principle
On Wednesday, 05 August 2026 at 14:26Permission in principle has been granted for a residential development of up to five dwellings in the Cheshire East Green Belt. The Council agreed with our case that the site comprised grey belt land on the edge of an existing settlement boundary, and with the borough facing a housing land supply shortage, approved our application under delegated powers. Another positive result demonstrating how a well-reasoned planning case can unlock sustainable development opportunities.
