Retrospective Permission
On Friday, 11 September 2026 at 14:11We recently obtained retrospective planning permission for the construction of an agricultural building within the Staffordshire Green Belt.
The application demonstrated that the building was modest in scale, agrarian in character and appearance, and necessary to support agricultural activity on the holding.
As a result, Staffordshire Moorlands District Council approved the application, confirming that the development was policy compliant.
A great result for our client and another example of how careful planning and a clear policy-led approach can help navigate Green Belt development.
