Prior Approval
On Friday, 25 September 2026 at 09:53We recently secured obtained prior approval for the upward extension of a single storey detached bungalow in the Cheshire countryside under Schedule 2 Part 2 Class AA of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 2015. By demonstrating that both the property and the proposed works met the relevant criteria and limitations, we successfully established that the proposal benefited from permitted development rights.
