New School Hall Quinta Primary

We have been involved in a number of projects at Quinta primary school, the largest being the ground and first floor extension to the school buildings.  We obtained planning permission for the extension to the school hall and provision of additional classrooms at Quinta Primary School. The works were completed in two phases. As part of the first phase of the project, we assisted the School in obtaining funding from the government CIF (Condition Improvement Fund) scheme for the extension to the existing school hall. The school facilities to deliver activities such as PE and group activities were limited and below standards for the current pupil numbers. The CIF funding allowed the hall expansion to provide suitable dining and PE accommodation. The second phase of the project involved the first floor expansion to the school. The school were asked to increase pupil numbers and in turn were provided government grant funding to allow for the expansion of the school. The design has been proposed to continue the theme of the existing school with primary colour cladding to create a bright and welcoming appearance to the school. Following this, we obtained further CIF funding for a kitchen refurbishment which provided a new service hatch and a full refurbishment of the kitchen facilities.
