We were approached in 2016 by a Client looking to redevelop a former agricultural site in Cheshire West and Chester. The scheme was developed over a number of planning applications and saw the conversion and restoration of barns which had formerly been used as offices, into new homes on site with permission subsequently also being achieved for the construction of a new stable block on the site. Close liaison was undertaken with the Local Planning Authority as the site had a complex planning history.
The development is located in a rural area of Cheshire with far reaching views over adjoining countryside whilst being ideally positioned for all major network links. As part of the overall development of the site nine homes were developed, each with its own unique style with landscaped communal areas, gardens and tennis court all set in immaculately presented grounds. The properties were constructed to the highest standards and incorporated contemporary style with traditional designs offering open plan living. Homes are provided with vaulted ceilings and mezzanine level above and the internal glass courtyard allows the homes to be flooded with natural light.
